Behind the Magic

Inkhart started with a mission, to bring immersive and inclusive events on a more affordable scale, with our first three ticketed events being a success and the demand for more coming in waves. We took a hiatus from events in 2026 to prepare ourselves for our bigger vision.

Being part of the queer community, we are strong advocates for diverse and inclusive casting, looking to promote and support fellow queer businesses and cosplayers/ performers.

Our Founder, Ru, is the creative force behind Inkhart, from props and setup to storyboarding and casting. Rhi, our creative director specialises in photography, art direction, makeup and hair and is a force of nature in her own right. Sam, who has been such a support behind Inkhart guides us through Health & Safety as well as being our accessibility advocate. Sammy, who is joining us as our Operations Lead is excited to be getting stuck into the next event!
